Lawyer authorized to practice in front of the higher Court “Corte di Cassazione”, enrolled in the Bologna Bar Association since 1997, she has practised law in the office of Professor Francesco Galgano since 2004. Currently a member of Studio Galgano (https://www.galgano.it), she carries out her professional activity in the field of civil law (with particular reference to obligations and contracts, national and international contracts, tort law, consumer protection, personal rights, protection of privacy, property rights and real estate law, inheritance law, separation and divorce), commercial and corporate law, both in and out of court and in arbitration proceedings, and insolvency law, with particular reference to alternative procedures to the declaration of bankruptcy.
She advises leading national companies, including companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, with reference to corporate governance and relations with Consob, national and international contracts, and legal assistance and advice in extraordinary corporate transactions.
She has experience in the litigation of liability actions brought following bank defaults.
She is a Senior Arbitrator at the International Chamber of Arbitration.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Advanced International Legal Studies, obtained after passing the final exam of the course held at the University of Bologna, in cooperation with the "Golden Gate University School of Law" of San Francisco, during the summer session of the academic year 1993/1994, issued by the "Golden Gate University School of Law" of San Francisco on 9th December 1994.
In 2007 she was an advisor to the Ministry of the Economy within the Commission set up to reform consumer credit regulations.
