Rita Rolli graduated with honours in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna in 1993, where she obtained a postgraduate degree in Advanced International Legal Studies, in cooperation with the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. She is a Full Professor of Private Law in the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Bologna. She is the author of numerous publications and monographs and participates in the evaluation committee and editorial board of prestigious legal journals.
